Shipping policy

All orders placed on the SnackVana are typically processed and dispatched within 3 days. We use external delivery partners for logistics from our manufacturing unit / warehouse to your doorstep. Once the order is dispatched it is no longer within our control and delivery timelines differ for different locations due to distance and mode of transport. Deliveries during festive seasons can also take longer than usual due to high order volumes with delivery partners. Most orders are delivered within 5 days, however, incase you do not receive your order within 10 days please reach out to us so we can provide you with an update. You can reach us at: support@mysnackvana.com with the subject 'Order not delivered for order no. ___' (please fill the blank with the order number specified on your invoice). Please be sure to specify your contact details (phone number, alternate email, address, etc.) in the email so we can reach you.

While items on our website are deliverable across most parts of India, certain areas may not be serviced by our delivery partners, and we reserve the right to cancel orders to such areas. If your area is unserviceable please reach out to us so we can find a solution for you at: support@mysnackvana.com.
