Refund policy
We hold ourselves to stringent quality standards and we strive hard to ensure that we meet your exacting expectations however if we have not been able to meet those standards we would like to ensure we are able to replace the item you received with one that does.
Best practices
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, expired or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Eligibility
Only the following items are eligible for returns:-
- Incorrectly delivered item and / or wrong item delivered than what you ordered
- Manufacturing defect in the item
- Shipping defect in item and / or item's primary packaging was damaged
- Expired item
Please note that to be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Process
- To initiate a return and refund process you can write us an email at support@mysnackvana.com with the subject 'Return and refund for order no. ___' (please fill the blank with the order number specified on your invoice).
- Please be sure to specify your contact details (phone number, alternate email, address, etc.) in the email so we can reach you.
- Along with the email please be sure to attach images and / or videos of the defect, packing issue or expiry and your reason for seeking to return the item.
- Upon receipt of your email a member of the SnackVana team will get in touch with you to discuss next steps and address your issue.
Please note that all returned items will need to be sent to the following address: 10, Usha Manor, Ganeshkhind Road, Aundh, Pune - 411007, Maharashtra, India. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package or arrange for the item be picked up from your address. Items sent back to us without a confirmation of return and refund email shall not be accepted.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on the following items:-
- Opened items
- Partially consumed items
- Items bought on sale
- gifting range or gift cards
- Items without a receipt and / or not in original packaging
- Bulk orders (above 25 kgs)
- Return and refund requests made post 7 days of receipt of the item
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 7 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
